This system provides stress relief, upper and lower body strength, cardiovascular conditioning and self-defense. We teach authentic Muay Thai using basic and advanced techniques.

Designed for kids and teens ages 5-19 years old. Classes are divided into five main combat sports: Muay Thai, Boxing, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Judo and Submission-Wrestling/Grappling. Classes make for a well-rounded fitness program for kids and teens.
Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is a style of martial art that focuses on ground fighting. It is based on the principle that a smaller, weaker person can defend themselves against a bigger, stronger opponent by using leverage and proper body positioning as well as by using joint locks and chokes called submission techniques. Our classes focus on technical training in a positive and safe environment, which involve learning and drilling specific techniques as well as live grappling.
